Refund policy

Marisa Zach Diamond Designs offers a 14-day return policy on loose diamonds only. Ready-to-ship and custom jewelry pieces are final sale and non-returnable. If you have any questions about your order or eligibility for a return, please email us at info@MarisaZachDiamondDesigns.com. Once your return has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions. Loose diamonds are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, and accompanied by the original paperwork and receipt provided by Marisa Zach Diamond Designs. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your original method of payment. If you have not received your refund after 14 days of the return being approved, please send us an email for further assistance.
